Chris is a principal real estate broker licensed both in Utah and Idaho. He is a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors as well as the Park City and Washington County Multiple Listing services. He was actively involved in the successful development and sales of major resort and urban developments in Salt Lake City, Park City as well as Bellevue, Washington. Chris has sold over 1,500 single family homes, condominiums, lots and townhome residences in the Park City and Salt Lake markets. Chris consistently ranks among the Salt Lake Board of Realtors leading sales agents. He ran the project sales effort for City Creek Reserve, Inc which successfully developed 425 condominium units at the City Creek Center in downtown Salt Lake City. In addition, he partners with Colorado’s Mirr Ranch Group to sell high-end ranch & recreational properties throughout Utah and southern Idaho.

Jamie Vargas

Jamie is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.  He specializes in sales of City Creek condominiums, working with both buyers & sellers.  Jamie is an original resident of the City Creek community as Jamie purchased a home in there in 2011.  He is active in his residential community and currently serves on the board of directors for The Regent Homeowners Association.  Jamie’s familiarity and experience with the downtown restaurant and cultural scene puts him in a unique position to assist buyers and sellers in a market that he calls home. His love of urban life is extended to his passion for travel to the great cities of the world. When he is not actively assisting clients with the purchase or sale of their home. You will probably find him exploring all that city life has to offer across continents and cultures.
