Chris is a principal real estate broker licensed both in Utah and Idaho. He is a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors as well as the Park City and Washington County Multiple Listing services. Through his marketing affiliate, Wasatch Marketing Associates, he was actively involved in the successful development and sales of major condominium projects in Salt Lake City, Park City as well as Bellevue, Washington. Chris has brokered the sale of over 1,500 condominiums, lots and townhome residences and consistently ranks among the Salt Lake Board of Realtors leading sales agents. Originally a native of Long Island, New York, he set down roots in Bountiful Utah where he and his family now call home. When not working, he enjoys time skiing and riding near their family’s ranch in Albion Idaho. Chris’s passion is ice hockey- he continues to play and is a proud partner-owner of the Brooklyn Aviators Hockey Club, a member of the United States Premier Hockey League.

Jamie Vargas

Jamie is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.  He specializes in sales of City Creek condominiums, working with both buyers & sellers.  Jamie is an original resident of the City Creek community as Jamie purchased a home in there in 2011.  He is active in his residential community and currently serves on the board of directors for The Regent Homeowners Association.  Jamie’s familiarity and experience with the downtown restaurant and cultural scene puts him in a unique position to assist buyers and sellers in a market that he calls home. His love of urban life is extended to his passion for travel to the great cities of the world. When he is not actively assisting clients with the purchase or sale of their home. You will probably find him exploring all that city life has to offer across continents and cultures.

Jen Wiechec

Jen is a dedicated real estate agent, proudly serving Salt Lake and surrounding communities As a licensed member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, she brings forth a passion in helping clients navigate the real estate market.
With an extensive background in customer service, including four years as an Operations Manager at Amazon, Jen excels in delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. Her transition into real estate was driven by a genuine love for the industry and a commitment to making the buying and selling process as smooth and rewarding as possible.
Jen moved to Utah three years ago, drawn by the state’s unique lifestyle and natural beauty. She quickly fell in love with the community and is enthusiastic about helping others find their dream homes in this amazing location.
Outside of real estate, Jen is a devoted mother of three, actively supporting her children’s pursuits in mountain bike races, baseball, lacrosse, and theater. Her family’s daily life is enriched by her husband’s passion for cooking and hockey. Jen is also an avid fan of hockey and is thrilled about the new team coming to Utah.
